The Konus Crystal 45 Pro Microscope is a low-to-medium magnification professional stereoscopic binocular with a zoom objective and a special mounting stand. Its geared mounting stand and arm allow you to place the binocular microscope directly above a three-dimensional subject placed on a table.

As a trinocular microscope, Crystal's 3rd optical path is typically used for photomicrography or for displaying the image live to a screen for teaching and sharing purposes.

The T-shaped vertical and lateral geared movement of the special mounting arm, combined with the zoom objective lens, allows the Crystal-Pro to easily swing around and get above specimens in a jiffy. This is an ideal microscope for observing things like rocks, electronics, vegetables, bugs, etc. - any time you've got a collection of things that vary in size and shape and want to observe all of them quickly, the Crystal-Pro's a perfect fit.

The Crystal-Pro does not come with any illumination, but there are both incident and direct illumination sources available (please enquire) as well as the flexibility to use any lighting you may already have.
